One on One Personal Training

Key Life Fitness offers one-on-one personal training in Central Florida for individuals who want to get healthy, gain weight, get in shape, tone up or lose weight.

 This is an ideal option for people wishing to get professional guidance in updating or advancing their current exercise program. Diet and nutrition advice is included in most packages of 8 or mores sessions.

With one-on-one personal training, we incorporate in-depth health exercise evaluations, functional training, strength training, nutrition coaching and more to produce results for each individual client. We offer comprehensive plans based on your personal goals and needs.


Single 1 Hour Session – $45
4 sessions (1x/week) – $180
8 Sessions* (2x/week) – $345
12 Sessions* (3x/week) – $520
Unlimited* (up to 5x/week) – $850




Group Training

Key Life Fitness & Training offers group training as well as bootcamp classes (#FITCAMPKLF). Fitcamp is an organized group activity for all fitness levels with bootcamp-style classes focusing on endurance, strength, and recovery. Group exercise classes are ideal for 3 or more people that need professional fitness guidance in updating or advancing their current exercise program. Group Training can be bppked for parties, gatherings, or just for you and your fitpals to reach your goals.  Some group exercise classes we offer are

Online Fitness Coaching

Key Life Fitness and Training also offers online fitness coaching. This option is for those who already have a gym membership or home gym. Workouts are planned for clients on a monthly basis.  Our online session clients will gain access to our exclusive access to our fitness community that has videos, workouts, recipes, and much more.
