She is so helpful with her online training by following up with phone calls, text messages, videos and motivational quotes. Just when you want to give up and not do your one hour workout all I have to do is reach out to her and she will give me that push that I need.
Her boot camp classes are high energy and you better believe she ain’t taking her eyes off of you for one minute. She ensures your form is accurate to prevent injury. She is very creative with her workouts and likes to have variety which is what I like and need to keep me motivated. You will be exhausted by the time you are done which is just how I like my workouts to be.
I would have not been wedding day ready if it wasn’t for her. She helped me to loose 30 lbs just in time for my big day. Now she’s helping me to make it happen again to help me get rid of this post baby weight. I would highly recommend Key Life Fitness to help you reach your fitness and healthy eating goals.

Prior to accepting the March challenge, I always felt that I CANNOT get up and do an exercise session without it having to involve a group class that I physically attend. However, upon taking the match challenge, the trainer kept me in the loop through texts, group messaging, videos and emails to make sure I was doing what I was supposed to do without having to feel like am alone. March Challenge 2016 I lost 5lbs and noticeable inches. My goal was to lose weight and feel good about myself again. During this challenge I was able to stick to a strict diet and exercise regimen. I decided to commit to this challenge not only to change my image but to change my scandalous eating habits. Some of the challenges I faced was simply me being lazy. We all have some form of excuses. Don’t have time, injuries preventing us from doing a particular exercise, holidays, snacking. Well I was able to accomplish my goal with all of those excuses. I was motivated by my trainer and my peers. Together we all worked hard, had fun, and got fit together. Best motto ever Go hard or Go home!!!!! Thanks Keylife Fitness!!!!!
