Great things NEVER come from Comfort Zones....
This is BIG for me... I am quiet, reserved, shy, and the epitome of an introvert.  If I could stay in my house and hide, I would.  Opening a business, quitting my full time job, teaching spin, going live, speaking to humans (🥺), being vulnerable... ALL UNCOMFORTABLE for me!  Although uncomfortable, it was and is necessary.  Necessary to:
😍 take me to the next level
😍see my possibilities
😍meet amazing people
😍use my gift to help others
😍further my development as a daughter, business owner, coach, friend, etc.
Although I'm still fighting to remain uncomfortable, I encourage you to use this Monday to do something uncomfortable...IT IS NECESSARY!  Go be great!
